I personally HATE this Panera specifically. And it really comes down to the building itself. At some point like... maybe 8 years ago?.. the air circulation broke down and was never fixed. I have brought this up with the staff before, but I guess they just don't have the power or interest to move on it for some reason. The entire place has a strong sense of burnt bread in it, which always activates a coughing fit for me. I PHYSICALLY cannot stand it. Its shocking people work here. Mark my words, 10 years down the line there will be a class action lawsuit by any previous employee of this building, because this cannot be safe. Its a really shame, because it was at least OK for me as a kid, but the fall off has really been impressive this decade. The quality of food has really been going down hill for a while. About 5 years ago, the baguettes switched to a simplified sour dough loaf(???) which I have NEVER seen done at any other Panera. Now the shape and texture WERE reverted, but it still has that strongly bitter taste to it. All that being said, there are still good things on the menu, especially salads and soups, and the pastries are simple enough these guys haven't messed that up. Yet. On a nice mild Spring/Fall day, you can still go inside, order, and rush back outside to sit down with a few friends or family. 45 minutes later, you can go in and pick up your food and eat!

Food fine, a step above Wendy’s, but soup comes in a bag. I thought I was the only one having problems with the APP but it seems like take out is late for a lot of people. Place is old and crusty, needs a rehab. Please have your app give a larger window for takeout orders, or hire more people.

Very slow customer service, I ordered two bakers dozen and they threw all the bagels in one paper bag, completely forgot the cream cheeses. Usually baker dozen comes in a box, not a bag!
