    Very slow customer service, I ordered two bakers dozen and they threw all the bagels in one paper bag, completely forgot the cream cheeses. Usually baker dozen comes in a box, not a bag!

    Currently going on minute 35 at 2:09 PM because “they got a late lunch rush.” The location is ALWAYS slow and always filthy. Today is exceptionally so. Panera, please close this store so the Avenues can replace it with a better option.

    Understaffed, had to wait 50 minutes for my order. Not acceptable to wait that long for soup and a sandwich. The people working seemed very stressed with so many people waiting. They were friendly but too much was asked of them Food was very good

    Same issue AGAIN!!!! Received an order Ready for Pick up. Was told at the counter order not ready for another 50+ minutes from the time said ORDER READY FOR PICKUP. Need to change the system to not being pushed through when order is NOT REALLY READY!!!! Made xtra effort driving there to enjoy delicious bagels to be face with another disappointment. End up cancelling my order.
