  They really need to close this location if they can't run it to deliver the food within 40 min in fast food restrauant. MCDONLAD is known for bad service but here ! they cant run the place at all. Honestly, it was ALWAYS bad but we would still go because it was convient location. But today it was outrageous! So we wont be returning to this location... The story is... We ordered a 35 dollar worth of food and waited over 50 min and when we asked asked for assistant, the respond that we got from the employee was " why are u still here" (the employee was super clueless) When we asked for refund bc we were super frustrated and then we were face w rude unprofessional attitude grumpy lady who didnt care abt customer service. Then as I was leaving we notice there were cars waiting every parking space. I notice McDonald's responding to ask customers to report on their link? I honestly feel Mcdonald corporate need to do their own investigation if there are these much negative reviews. Employees doesn't care abt the store and food quality sux!

  This place needs either new employees.... or more employees... they're just totally out of control running this place . If u can find another location .trust me . Never had this kind of experience from any other location.

  I've worked in customer service for years so its not some angry rant because I got cold fries. I know how to treat people , even on my worst days. But seriously, really bad customer service. And to add insult to injury, order was wrong when I got home. No one wouldn't answer the phone. These places are going down hill pretty fast. It's not worth the money or time if people are gonna be rude while I'm spending my hard earned money for food that doesn't even taste the same anymore.

  I ordered “curb side pickup”. It was only one happy meal and it was not even busy. I waited for more than 15 min only to find out my food had been sitting on the counter the whole time. What is the point of curbside pickup if I’m going to leave my car? And no one said sorry when I pointed this out. Worst experience

  Very unprofessional and I've worked in fast food for years so I get you were busy but I shouldn't have to hear my name from a male employee being called out multiple times (in a rude way)because of 3 simple orders I had placed and the order was Still wrong.
