MCDONLAD is known for bad service but here ! they cant run the place at all. Honestly, it was ALWAYS bad but we would still go because it was convient location. But today it was outrageous! So we wont be returning to this location... The story is... We ordered a 35 dollar worth of food and waited over 50 min and when we asked asked for assistant, the respond that we got from the employee was " why are u still here" (the employee was super clueless) When we asked for refund bc we were super frustrated and then we were face w rude unprofessional attitude grumpy lady who didnt care abt customer service. Then as I was leaving we notice there were cars waiting every parking space. I notice McDonald's responding to ask customers to report on their link? I honestly feel Mcdonald corporate need to do their own investigation if there are these much negative reviews. Employees doesn't care abt the store and food quality sux!
