It’s Christmas so nothing else is open. I would usually use McDonald’s however today that was my only choice. It is very sad that I am unable to eat because the people there do not follow direction I was told that the manager conveyed to the crew member that to make sure that they were no cheese on my sandwich. I’m sure the manager did however, the crew did not follow through. I am very disappointed six dollars for a fish sandwich and I can’t even eat it do better.

We tried to explain the situation to the girl at the window. Black girl, red long braids. She had a NASTY attitude and rolled her eyes as we asked to speak to someone. On the headset she kept saying “I don’t know what they talking about” with annoyance. So rude, so unwelcoming. Thanks for the experience.

I had to go through the drive-thru just to confront them. Staff was rude and dismissive. Food was garbage. Cold, unsalted fries that were only half full, and the rest of the order was cold too. Lying about delivery, ignoring customers, and serving cold food is unacceptable. Absolute waste of time and money. Avoid this location
