- JMJuanita MFeb 22, 20261.0I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I requested loaded fries, and when that wasn’t possible, I asked for fries with cheddar cheese and bacon on the side. What arrived was far from acceptable. two semi melted slices of cheddar placed separately from the fries and bacon that was not even crispy as requested. The dish felt carelessly assembled rather than prepared with any attention to quality. I was also told this request “couldn’t be done,” despite having it accommodated properly on a previous visit. The inconsistency and lack of effort were frustrating. Overall, the service and food quality did not meet expectations.

Our server was a treasure and got me a sample of the cheese and broccoli soup and that was amazing as well. The nicest people were on today (1/15/26) and it was a fantastic meal.
