Jimmy John's is the sauce. The Italian nightclub heated with Jimmy peppers on it extra onions cannot be contented with. The staff is amazing they're very fast they're very polite and if something's missing they go out of their way to make it even better! Positive vibes and a great experience thank you so much.

The restaurant was very understaffed when we went and so several issues such as the diet coke fountain being out as well as mistakes with an in-person order (we had to place 2 orders to get all our food).

I had an outstanding experience at Jimmy John's thanks to Alex. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, answered all of my questions, and provided service in record time—my order was ready in about 30 seconds! I left extremely satisfied and genuinely believe Alex deserves to be considered for a managerial role. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came here ordered a sandwich & there was hair in my sandwich. I called the next day due to no one answering the phone day of and asked to speak to the manager. Here you see pictured below is the manager. She has a very rushing, rude attitude. She told me that she would remake my sandwich. Then when I came to the store, she’s literally throwing my sandwich together, rushing, not listening to any of my directions and how I want my sandwich prepared. Then proceeds to tell me they’re really busy and they don’t toast sandwiches when I see a picture that says make any favorite toasted on French bread. As a manager, if you’re going to try and rectify the situation, you would think you would have the right attitude behind it so that the customer will come back. I’ll never come back to this location.
