Absolutely the worst location, hands down. Beyond their inability to make a decent JJ sandwich, they now require customers to sign a receipt just to pick up mobile orders. This is the ONLY location I’ve been to that does this. Reporting it to JJ tonight. It’s an obvious attempt to manufacture a sense of obligation to tip. You’re a QSR, not a full-service restaurant — customers shouldn’t be pressured into tipping for basic order pickup especially when you don’t make a low, tip reliant wage. Grow up.
The service is consistently apathetic. The employee working tonight didn’t even look up when I walked in, let alone acknowledge me. It’s unprofessional, awkward, and frankly insulting to the customer experience. I’ll be taking my business to a different location that doesn’t rely on guilt tactics or indifference.

The only reason I visited this place is bc I bought food for my coworker and signed up so the first time you order after signing up, you get a free sandwhich. Otherwise, I would NEVER! Secondly, the customer service was trash! As a first time customer, I was quickly reminded why I never ate here. No greeting upon entry, even though I spoke VERY LOUDLY. I proceeded to walk to the area where the sign pointed to PICK UP and just stood there waiting to be greeted or even told she would be right with me. Instead, the heavy set white woman behind the counter watched me stand waiting then decided to ask if I were picking up, I guess so she could finish her conversation with the guy that was in there when I walked in. I said yes and she POINTED to the counter where my food was THROWN because it looked as if it were bent outta shape. I said thank you and STILL NO RESPONSE. Lastly, the food was DISGUSTING! I guess because it was free, the standards went out the window for customer experience and care. On one half of the sandwhich, the tuna was nonexistent. It was like she was blind to one half because it was also missing the other ingredients like onion and tomato, but heavily dressed it with lettuce. The sandwhich was free otherwise I would’ve brought it back, but there won’t be a next time bc I refuse to eat at an establishment where customer service is lacking.

We will never got to any Jimmy John's again after the manager did not make it right after an incorrect order. A staff failed to put the meat on a giant sub. I get all the way home and didn't realize it until after a few bites. I drove all the way back and took half of the sub back and asked the manager to give me a refund. She did give me the meat but only gave me 5 oz. when it supposed to have 6 oz. of meat on it. We have not even gotten an apology after the corporate complaint that I made. We were regulars for 20 years at Jimmy John's all across the country and never had problems before.
