Very disappointed. Ordered a small sandwich for my mother who is in the hospital next door. They put one small piece of turkey and half the condiments I asked for. From now on A SUB ABOVE. JERSEY MIKES

Want to like it but it is freaky slow. Takes an hour to get a delivery a block away. Order ahead on the app and still wait 20+ minutes for pickup. If they could get their operations act together I’d eat here way more often.

Have cam here before and it was really good. Got off my 14 hour shift and came for a $20 sandwich. Gave me bread so stale that I cannot even eat it. Bread is dark brown and looks disgusting.

I have ordered delivery twice now and both times it has taken over 1 hour for the food to be delivered.
Edit: I would like to add I tried delivery again 12/8/2025 and delivery took well over 1 hour again.

I eat here from time to time and just wanted to leave a good review. I'm not sure what the lady's name was, but I placed an online order and wasn't able to order the fountain drink I wanted online. I called in and asked if she could please make my drink of preference and she took care of that no problem. I know this is a small thing, but I just wanted to say on top of enjoying my food, I really appreciated her taking my call and helping me when she didn't have to. Those are the little things that keep people coming back.
