  I was recommended to try Einstein Bros by a friend, and I absolutely loved this place. Even though they were short staffed that day, my order was quickly done and the food was fresh and well baked! The staff was very kind and professional, Jonathan prepared my order and he was super friendly and welcoming. i’ll definitely be coming back here again.

  It would've been 5 stars but it took a bit longer to get my order - It was my first time visiting Einstein's. I've heard about the shop for a bit and finally decided to order. The food was good but damn was it busy during the hour I had went. It seems like they are short staffed there and I felt so bad for the employees cause they looked stressed as hell. Though the tall gentleman there (I think his name started with J) and there was another employee with ginger hair - I think she was new cause she seemed a bit more nervous than the other guy but they were both still very helpful despite it being super busy and even gave me suggestions on what to order for my 1st time there. I'll definitely visit again when I am in the area again (hopefully it's not that busy or they have the proper staff next time) But seriously, please hire more staff to help those poor employees out, lol!

  Five stars for this East Cobb Einstein’s. I’ve been in a few times now, and my experience has been consistently solid: friendly staff, a clean store, and fresh bagels and sandwiches that hit the spot. I’ve ordered ahead and picked up without drama, and the team has been quick to help when I walk in. I can see why some reviews mention growing pains like being out of items or slower pickups during rush windows. That’s real in any new or busy spot. My practical tip is to order ahead early, ask for your preferred toast level, and do a quick check at pickup so you’re not missing anything. When it’s busy, the staff still seems to be working hard and staying polite, and that goes a long way. I’ll be back. My favorite is the everything bagel, toasted with jalapeno salsa cream cheese.

  Check your order before you leave! This the second time my order was missing an item. Egg sandwich with no egg. The previous reviews are accurate. This location doesn't do a very good job. Too far for me to go back and return the item.

  Sadly, like many places to eat in EC I expect this place to not make it a year. The menu is exciting but the execution is a kin to a blind person competing in formula 1. Bagels look more like marginally larger bread life saver mints than actual bagels. Arguably the slowest, most unapologetic work staff around. Management had to seek high and low to find employees that care this little. It’s too bad because the food has the opportunity to be great but the opportunity is snatched away by bad product and worse operations. Better off going to Kroger for a bagel.
