- BBBluesky7048Nov 15, 20253.0Cashier was super friendly and nice, line wasnt long for ordering. They no longer had the monkey bread pastry from a long time ago, so I got a bacon avocado and tomato bagel sandwich, mom got a laux bagel. Wait was not long. When I got my sandwich the wrap was covered on the outside and inside with sauce. Was a little messy but okay. Only thing was my sandwich was easily falling apart, and eggs did not have any flavor. Mom's laux sandwich only had salmon on one side of the bagel and other side was just red onions, wasnt spread eveningly so she had to fix the salmon and red onions herself. I miss the other location that was next to Chipotle. Einstein does not have the same nostalgia as it did when I was younger. I dont think ill be coming back.

Granted, the counter staff was very nice and friendly, and I ordered within 2-3 mins but stood around for 30 more mins before I got my food. This is a bagel shop. It’s not that hard. And the quality of then cinnamon sugar and French toast bagels, not great. Stick with the basic ones.

Today they were rude and did not understand or deliver on my special request after I had to break it down into very basic language for them to understand. Restaurants in East Cobb that don’t deliver on service don’t make it.
