  Very disappointing. At the beginning of the school year at the end of July I started coming here often. The bagel sandwiches were great and staff were friendly and efficient. As time went on they began not opening on time or opening but not having bagels ready so I stopped going after 6 mornings with them not opening on time. Today I tried once again and at 6:10 after waiting for them to open I gave up. I will not be back… the prices have sky rocketed the bagels have gotten smaller so the least I would expect is good customer service but that is lacking.

  This is the second time we have placed an online order ahead so we can just go and pick up but it has taken an hour just to get our food. And while waiting at the store, we don’t get an update of what’s going on and why it’s taking so long. We always have to go up to the counter and ask. It’s just frustrating trying to get our order on time at this location.

  Service is SO slow. It should not take 45 minutes to receive 6 bagels and a tub of cream cheese. Staff is unknowledgeable about allergens in food. We have previously ordered online and food still took 20 minutes once we arrived to be ready for pickup. There are better bagels in the area and it’s worth going to the ATM for cash to not have to wait for so long for mediocre bagels.

  Love the friendly staff of this place! I’m always greeted with a warm hello and welcome. Everyone is always smiling and courteous while preparing orders, even if they’re busy. Great place to eat and great people working there! Try the farmhouse, it’s the best.

  Why are they randomly closed on a Monday morning? Why did they allow online orders to go through if they are closed? Now I don’t have breakfast and out some money because the order went through. I also saw an employee park in the first spot in the row, walk right past me, provided no explanation, went inside and locked the door. If you ask me this is unacceptable.
