  This is the worst Dunkin in the area. The food is gross, the staff always seem high in the mornings and it’s definitely not worth spending money on. I will drive an extra 15 minutes out of the way and risk being late to work before I go to this location ever again.

  I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received today at your Dunkin’ Donuts store. While poor customer service alone is disappointing, what I witnessed was far more troubling and unacceptable. During my visit, several employees were engaged in inappropriate and racially charged conversation while on duty. One particular comment that was made aloud was: “Johnny had 10 apples and JaMarcus stole eight—what color was JaMarcus?” This statement was clearly offensive, racially insensitive, and completely inappropriate for a workplace environment—especially one that serves the public. Hearing this made me extremely uncomfortable as a customer. Dunkin’ Donuts is a well-known brand, and I expect a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment when visiting any of your locations. Racist remarks, whether framed as jokes or comments among staff, should never be tolerated. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly through proper investigation, employee training, and corrective action. Customers should not be exposed to discriminatory language or behavior while patronizing your business. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information regarding how this issue will be handled. I also have pictures of the employees. Thank you for your time and attention.

  makayla (i think that’s how it’s spelt) was very sweet! energy was great!! definitely made me want to come back to this location, she offered us free donuts and the vibe was unmatched!!! she deserved a raise really!

  This is a very small store, but the customer service was good. The food is not fresh (premade) The donuts are not as fresh as they were years ago. The Avocado toast is the best food item there in my opinion. This particular day I went to drive thru. They did not give me cold foam for which I asked for extra. I had to go inside and the fixed it with no problem!
