  I stood up at the register as the only person in the store for about five minutes and listened to the young man and young lady who worked there bicker about who he was allowed to compliment and whether or not he was supposed to block her. Walked out with no food.

  Worst cup of coffee ever. It’s raining and I’m on my way to an appointment in the area. So I braved the rain and went in and asked for a hot decaf coffee. The attendant said it would be a minute, and I said that’s fine. I thought she was making me a fresh coffee. However, she started brewing on top of the old coffee in the airpot, and then a minute or so later poured my coffee from it, without waiting on the brew cycle to finish. Gave the benefit of the doubt and took the coffee to the car (should have tasted it while inside). It was like used bathwater - not even warm - and tasted old. Ugh. It’s raining even harder now and I can’t go back inside without getting soaked again. Sadness 😕

  Good luck getting a latte here. It’ll take 30 minutes to make something that should only take 3.

  I think the people that work at this location must be the rejects from all the other locations. I ordered a drink and they forgot the oat milk. No biggie, I go back through the drive thru and they add the oatmilk. I take a sip, instead of the three pumps of syrup I asked for they put a whopping 8. Undrinkable so I threw it away and called and was told to come back at my convenience for a replacement. Irritated, but I’m still cool. Today, I returned for my coffee and went through the drive thru. I was asked if I had a receipt. I was never given one, but I did have a picture of the order number on my cup. I was told by the cashier that she “would have to contact her manager and to pull around.” Once at the window, I was asked if it was just a coffee, because that’s all her manager would allow her to replace. First of all, if it was more than just a coffee that was messed up on my order, I can GUARANTEE that you would replace my entire order. Lucky for them, it was just a coffee. If I paid for something and it was wrong, you will absolutely replace it. End of discussion. You shouldn’t tell a customer that if you mess something up, you have conditions to your resolution. If I pay, I expect an item that meets my expectations. I’m waiting to hear back from a manager, because the entire experience rubbed me the wrong way. They made it seem like they did me some big favor by replacing a drink I paid for. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location hence why I avoid this one like the plague. Update: no manager ever called me back. Not surprised. I accidentally placed an app pickup order for this location today 2/9/26 and the staff was rude and again messed up my order. Waiting for a manager to call me. Not holding my breath.
