  They might as well shut down this location. Service is beyond horrible. Drive thru line was not moving so i parked and walked in. Only person in line at 1st. Stood there for 10 to 15 mins. Nobody even at the least acknowledged me. Finally someone came over to take my order. Only to be told counter orders have to wait. Prioritize drive thru. It's "dunkins policy". WHY NOT COLSE THE DOORS AND POST A SIGN...."DRIVE THRU ONLY"!!! Instead of wasting people's time! Ridiculous!

  I think the people that work at this location must be the rejects from all the other locations. I ordered a drink and they forgot the oat milk. No biggie, I go back through the drive thru and they add the oatmilk. I take a sip, instead of the three pumps of syrup I asked for they put a whopping 8. Undrinkable so I threw it away and called and was told to come back at my convenience for a replacement. Irritated, but I’m still cool. Today, I returned for my coffee and went through the drive thru. I was asked if I had a receipt. I was never given one, but I did have a picture of the order number on my cup. I was told by the cashier that she “would have to contact her manager and to pull around.” Once at the window, I was asked if it was just a coffee, because that’s all her manager would allow her to replace. First of all, if it was more than just a coffee that was messed up on my order, I can GUARANTEE that you would replace my entire order. Lucky for them, it was just a coffee. If I paid for something and it was wrong, you will absolutely replace it. End of discussion. You shouldn’t tell a customer that if you mess something up, you have conditions to your resolution. If I pay, I expect an item that meets my expectations. I’m waiting to hear back from a manager, because the entire experience rubbed me the wrong way. They made it seem like they did me some big favor by replacing a drink I paid for. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location hence why I avoid this one like the plague.

  this dunkin used to be good but now it just SUCKS. they must’ve got an entire new staff that has no idea what they’re doing. no matter if you order to pick up inside or the drive thru, it’s going to take at least 10-15 minutes. I watched someone stand at the counter and wait for 5-10 minutes to even be greeted or her order taken this is the third time they’ve made me late to work. I only go here bc I live less than a minute away. please be better

  Third time coming here and each time has been worst than the last. My coffee is never made correctly after repeating it twice. Please do better

  Went through the drive thru and order a coffee and a croissant, was handed a box of donut holes , told the girl that was not mine, she then tossed a croissant to me, I asked for my coffee she said it was coming asked me to pull forward, I had to come into the store after waiting 10 minutes, then had to wait for the guy to make it, they absolutely suck
