When I went in with my 2 kids and stood at the ice cream counter for someone to wait on us, the girl behind the counter just stared and at me and didn't say anything. After a couple of minutes of this we just left and went to the Dallas Hwy location instead where we were warmly greeted and someone was happy to help us. I will never go to the Whitlock location ever again. I am not sure how it stays in business with service like this.
