The guy at the window couldn’t remember my order no matter how many times I repeated it. Total mess. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. I’m pissed !

The only thing they do well is coffee, and that’s because it’s basically just water. My order was about 50% correct and it took 15m to get it. Just got two people, another few mis for the employees to make the missing items, and a grand total for 20m for fast food. The warmed muffin was cold by then, but we just left. The portion sizes are terribly small compared to any other fast food place for the same price. It’s been a bit over a year since I came here and it will probably be the last time.

I know sop for dd is 1.5 to 1.75 oz depending on location. This dunkin is trying to save money by charging 2 bucks for less than half an oz of topping. I would not waste my money here, and if I did, definitely check the food before you leave.
