And proceeds to hand me the bag of the new bagels with a dam attitude. And to the owner/manager how the hell do you provide those hard bagels to given to your customers and make your employees serve that ! Shame on you !

We placed our order including the last glazed donut. The lady turned to get a bag for it and the rude guy in the back came and took it before she could grab it for us. Then he made the sandwiches and got my order wrong then had the audacity to tell me I need to double check the order before they make it....it is their job to get my order right without having to double check they are doing their job right. The guy in the back is rude and disrespectful and should not be working in a service setting. I will be avoiding this Dunkin from now on.
