Four cars will go by you in the drive-through before they’ve even looked at your order that you’ve made five minutes ago. Had three different workers asked me if I was picking up because none of them know what is happening.

- AFAubrey FitzgeraldDec 20, 20251.0awful service, my boyfriend went to order my drink in the drive thru and they gave him the wrong thing, of course he wouldn’t know until he brought it all the way home to me and i saw it was wrong so i drove with him back to dunkin, we ordered it again and they gave us the right drink, so we told them he was over there 20 mins ago and they gave him the wrong thing and the lady was so rude and said that’s how he ordered it and they refused to refund us or do anything to help. she was so bitchy even before we said anything. all the employees at this dunkin do not know how to talk kindly to their customers. before i even asked for a refund she had such a bad attitude towards us she was like 40 years old talking to us like that a snotty teenager.
