I'm tired of paying over a dollar extra for bacon on the avocado toast when this is what it looks like... very frustrating. This is even a half a piece of bacon. Scooters food is better.

Order ahead, be damned, no matter what you do, be prepared to wait. If I order ahead for indoor pick up, I might as well have ordered when I got there. Four cars will go by you in the drive-through before they’ve even looked at your order that you’ve made five minutes ago. Had three different workers asked me if I was picking up because none of them know what is happening.

The drink was good, and the recommendation by Manny and the excellent service by Madeline in the drive-thru were great! even with so much pressure and tons of people, they both delivered excellent customer service with top class quality in the process! well done you two!

awful service, my boyfriend went to order my drink in the drive thru and they gave him the wrong thing, of course he wouldn’t know until he brought it all the way home to me and i saw it was wrong so i drove with him back to dunkin, we ordered it again and they gave us the right drink, so we told them he was over there 20 mins ago and they gave him the wrong thing and the lady was so rude and said that’s how he ordered it and they refused to refund us or do anything to help. she was so bitchy even before we said anything. all the employees at this dunkin do not know how to talk kindly to their customers. before i even asked for a refund she had such a bad attitude towards us she was like 40 years old talking to us like that a snotty teenager.
