    Ordered a small pizza with sausage and pepperoni and got a cheese pizza. I tried calling the store for a reasonable resolution and the employee who answered was obviously high and had problems finding my order and reading the order correctly once he found my order he put me on hold with no warning and never came back to the call.

    Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in the food industry. If I was a worker here I would be embarrassed with this restaurant. Let’s begin, food over an hour late, food is cold and I can tell got thrown around a bunch, on hold for 40 minutes, asked to speak to the manager and asked for his name and he refused and HUNG UP. The delivery driver should be working at the DMV at the speed she was going. How are you over an hour late when you 1.5 miles away? Overall would not recommend. It was so bad we called CORPORATE and demanded names and for them to look into it. Really unfortunate, we loved Dominos especially the one near us back home. We won’t even go to that one ever again. We’ve officially done a 180 and are now a Papa John family. Better ingredients, BETTER PIZZA, Papa John’s!

    Order was 1 hour late, cold, incorrect, missing items, AND I was shut up and hung up on by the manager on duty on Sunday 10/26/25 at 12:45am. I was also hung up on by an employee when I called back to request the managers name. Pathetically unprofessional. What an embarrassing excuse for a manager. I would be mortified if I employed him.

    3rd time this has happened at this location. (I believe different drivers though) If you look at my timestamp in the top left corner of the photos, you will see that this person was at the same location for at least 10 minutes. However, that was after 10 minutes of me initially checking and then screenshotting and coming back 10 minutes later to screenshot again so they were at that same location for 20 minutes with my pizza. I called and asked what was taking so long and they said they have 5+ orders delivering right now and while I would understand that, it is weird that this driver was at one random Location for 20 minutes. My pizza is going to be cold by the time it gets to me and i live 5 minutes from the store! UPDATE: He knocks on my door so I run downstairs. I open up my door and the pizza is already on the ground and he is in his car. He honked his horn three times and then speeds off. Im sorry but what was that? You were 20 minutes at one location but couldn't stay for one second at mine?

    I’ve used this location to deliver pizza my whole life and now all the sudden not only do they not deliver to this location, but there is no longer a dominoes trust covers our area. I will now no longer eat at Domino’s nor will I support them any longer. Just too many issues out of the company as a whole.
