  1-Star Review I had one of the worst Domino’s experiences I’ve ever had at this location. My order was promised in 22 minutes but took 40. When it was finally ready, I received a medium instead of the large I ordered. The bacon on the pizza was fatty and still undercooked. What was even more concerning was the complete lack of food-safety standards. Both the cook and the person boxing the pizzas were not wearing gloves. They were touching their cell phones, faces, and other surfaces, and then went right back to handling food. The employee boxing pizzas had wet hands and still continued without gloves. None of this seemed to bother anyone working there. There was no apology at the counter. One employee offered to remake the pizza, but after waiting 40 minutes already, I no longer had time. I was told the manager would refund the difference the next day. Two days later I had to call in, spoke to Brian who said he was the GM, and explained everything again. He never apologized, showed no concern about the safety issues, and when I asked for a response, I got complete silence. Even telling him that I would be leaving a review didn’t seem to matter. This store clearly does not care about customers, accuracy, food handling, or basic professionalism. I will not be returning.

  O ordered a 10” pizza and sauce - I only got the pizza and it was barely warm! Drives me nuts to order food ( which I rarely do) - it’s over priced, mediocre and lukewarm. I WONT do this again!

  Not good service. I ordered delivery on a Sunday night at 6:47. The tracker said it was doing a quality check at 7:15. When I still didn't have my food at 8:00 I called the store and said I ordered delivery over an hour ago and I'm just going to come get my order. They asked for my address and said it's out for delivery. I said that's not what the tracker says. He said I can't control the app and hung up on me as I was talking. But then the tracker updated right after he hung up on me. I didn't get my order until 8:30 and it was cold.

  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Call Papa John's instead! They took my order an hour-and-a-half before closing time, charged me for the food, then canceled the order without giving me the basic courtesy of a phone call. When I drove to the store (15 minutes before closing time), they guy running the place had no explanation for why he canceled my order and clearly did not care about providing horrible service or that it was too late for me to go anywhere else. I guess that is what you get from Domino's since they obviously hire unprofessional people.
