  My family and I had so much fun during our recent visit to Dave & Buster’s. If you’re not bringing your family to have fun here, what are you even doing? So many games, THE HUMAN CRANE, bowling, delicious food and fun, all at the same place. Do yourself and your family a favor and get to D&B immediately!

  The atmosphere and service was awesome. Joey was very friendly and helpful. Loved her energy and always checked up on us. As for the food, it was perfect and delicious and the serving time was really quick and easy. Definitely looking forward to our next visit and to bring our family here.

  Had a reservation for 9 people to celebrate my birthday. Was told when I got there that everybody had to be there, generally for a party not everyone may show up at the exact same time and I had done this reservation in advance so I was confused as to why it was demanding that everyone had to be there at the same exact time. The host was a bit micro aggressive and sassy and it rubbed me the wrong way. So I then said well can I wait at least 15 minutes for my guest to arrive. I was then told I had 5 minutes, waited in line for 10 minutes, so I took it as a joke at that point to sit down. Now I’m feeling awkward and I just tell the host they can give the table to someone now that it seemed like I was a burden so I went to the bar area. When I sat down I waited 15-20 to get a server to take my order. Food was great by the way. Steak was superior but I had to remind the waitress about my drink. She seemed very overwhelmed and frustrated. Sorry to her. I didn’t get a refill on my drink either. My service felt rushed. I still tipped of course but the point is to have a great experience that’ll have you wanting to come back. I didn’t get that feeling. Also wanted to add that I could see the table I reserved from the bar and no one used that table for about two hours so it was comical that they gave me such a hard time to set my cake down and wait for my guest to arrive.

  I will never bring my group here again. I decided to bring my children’s hospital patients to this location, and we were immediately treated poorly and with hostile behavior from the employee inside. She prioritized a large school group ahead of my few patients in wheelchairs, so their experience was of lower quality due to mobility and safety concerns with the running school children. She forced us to eat outside IN THE RAIN because we had to bring meals from the hospital that are medically necessary for our kids with special diets. Wheelchairs got soaked. We explained this and were met with sass and rude tones. All tables were open and available to eat at, but we were discriminated against due to my patients medical needs. I have never and will never be back. Alpharetta has a much more pleasant location & has more room for wheelchairs to navigate the games.

  Me and fiancé went to this location and let me say the service we had was not good at all. We watched people that came in after get their food before us. Our server never really checked on us throughout the dinner. I had two drinks and a burger and fries and so did my fiancé. After that second drink I became nauseous and started throwing up. I’ve been sick to my stomach and I was fine before I walked in there. I don’t know what was going on but i definitely won’t be coming back to ever
