  If you are going to chipotle to get any double meat this should be the last place you go. Worker at the front seems to not understand what double meat means, after asking for double meat again they said it was “double meat” but it was a regular serving maybe 6oz with a FULL container of meat.

  Horrible service. Skimp plates. Don’t waist your money. Trust me I don’t leave reviews on google or complain but this place is ridiculous.

  I frequent this Chipolte and usually like it very much . Today, the food in those pans was gross, bottom of pans and crusty!!! I had to request new pans of food. The girl put hot sauce on the bowl I didn’t want it on and kid in charge wanted to scrape it off. Cathay is unacceptable. The store had few people in it, plenty of staff, why wasn’t needed food ready? Customers were asking for things they had to wait for. I’ve done food service for 25 years and no way would I try to serve that food . I’m hoping to get a response to this review

  This location has been slacking for some time now. Im not sure if its the staffing or what but the past few times ive been to this location at different times, they have always been out of protein and you have to get "whats left". Ive been there at 8 pm, 9 pm, 9:30 and every single time ive been told "oh were out of steak". I guess being open until 11 pm doesnt mean they have to prepare protein for everyone.
