I didn’t even go in the restrooms for fear it was as dirty as the main restaurant. When I let a person at the counter know, they just kept putting sauce into little cups. I wiped off a section of table so my husband could eat. They finally came out to wipe tables and left a whole section uncleaned.

Unfriendly staff, food area was not clean at all. The worst I think was the food itself. Burnt nasty and old. Do better guys. Greet people, show kindness do a better job while you are there. It’s not probation. you applied to work there. Just saying.

Thursday night was the best Chipotle I’ve ever had. Proper portion size of proteins, Juicy, perfect. Great job y’all. But then I ordered the exact same thing tonight (Sunday) and i got 3 tiny pieces of carne asada and the chicken was completely missing. it’s disappointing to get charged for food you don’t receive. If the food isn’t ready, that’s fine I don’t mind waiting, if you just let me know.
