As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Customer service is everything heck at least pretend you like your job sheesh. I'm leaving a one star review instead of a two or three even though I'm thankful that The gentleman did come and help me when I was handed my food no thank you no have a great day set it down walked away like that is not customer service

The drive through is paved because there's huge holds all around that can damage your car. B I ordered my food and the fries were soggy and then looked at my burger and it was old and cold. Took a bite of my apple pie and let me tell you. This was by far the worst checkers EVER. I was on a lunch break and was very hungry. I stop by and not only was the food horrible. I gave the food back without eating anything, simply because of the fries and apple pie. If they were that bad Imagine how the burger taste. I asked for a refund of my money and was told I have ro come back at 4pm when the manager is there. It was 2pm and I had to be back to work at 2:30. Man this was bad very bad now im going back when I get off to get a refund of my money.
