As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Ordered online 4 All American CHEESE Burger.I got 4 Plain Hamburgers cold (NO CHEESE) Fries(cold) oh yeah the hamburger buns hard as a rock.I WILL NOT BE BACK .Do they understand people want there food just the way they ordered it and you would expect for them to do that !!

    Didn’t put my brisket burger in there or one of my burgers then I couldn’t get a refund or nothing so I had go reorder it all.

    If you want hair in your food, come to this Checkers! 🤢 Management — please make your cooks wear hair nets. It’s unacceptable to find hair in food, and it makes the whole experience unappetizing. Please take this seriously and enforce proper hygiene in the kitchen.
