Worst customer service only. The cashier at the drive "Jossandra" she says she is the manager. When I asked for her name she said it's right here and pointed to her hat. We order a combo meal, and when we got to the drive through and paid we asked oh can we upgrade it how much will it be. She said like $1 something we have no problem paying. Well comes to find out she only upgraded the drink. So we asked does that upgrade the whole combo or just the drink and she said just the drink. So you are telling me to upgrade the fries and drink I have to pay $1.25 each she said idk I don't have it entered you will have to go back through the drive thru and order again because you are running up my drive thru time I said what does that mean she said exactly what I said. She kept rushing us. Worst customer service and attitude and she is the manager is ridiculous. Defiently don't recommend this place.

Yesterday, I had the most unpleasant experience with a rude employee who claimed to be the manager. After ordering our meals, I went up to the counter after waiting for approximately 10 minutes without our food being ready. Two employees, the rude manager (she said her name was Joshandra (sp)) and another young lady were putting food in bags for what I assume were online orders because they sat them under the heat lamp after they finished filling the bags. I stood at the counter for an additional five minutes without any acknowledgement from anyone. I finally asked if they were working on my order, to which the rude manager replied in an almost inaudible voice "I'm working on this," at which point she turned around and proceeded to ignore me and continue looking for food to put in the bag. So I asked her again, if she was working on my order. At this point she very rudely responded, "I don't know what your order is!" I told her that she could have asked me what my order was and that I had been standing there for five minutes without acknowledgement. She then proceeded to tell me (again, rudely) something along the lines of I should have told her my order. At this point I put my hand up indicating I didn't want to speak to her anymore, and asked to speak to the manager to which she replied, "I'm the manager." Then I asked for the phone number to corporate to speak to someone over her and she replied that they don't have a corporate office. 🫤 So I asked for the number to the owner or whomever was over her because she was rude. Another employee in the kitchen went to get someone from the back to speak to me. A gentleman named Alex (who also said he was a manager) came out and asked what was wrong and how he could fix the situation. I explained that I was ignored by the woman who said she was the manager and that I wanted my food and a phone number to whomever was over the rude manager. Meanwhile, the rude manager was still talking saying that I didn't give her a name for my order. No one asked me my name or gave me a receipt when I ordered and I told her as such. She also stated, "Don't you see me working on this? You aren't the only customer here. I was the only one standing at the counter and after 15+ minutes of waiting on a sausage biscuit and breakfast burrito meal, I feel like it would be good customer service to handle my order over ones who were not yet in the building. The other young lady who was working on the online orders eventually asked me (politely) what my order was and told me that it was right there but they were waiting on fries. They finally put the fries in the bag (they weren't even fresh so I'm not sure why I was waiting) and Alex told me that the general manager was also named Alex and I that he would be in tomorrow. I thanked him for being helpful because Joshandra was not. If she is a manager, she is setting a poor example for the other employees. Luckily, it doesn't seem to have affected them because everyone else was pleasant. She was the only rude person working. Someone else posted a review and stated that the rude person (different woman) they encountered should not be dealing with customers until they had undergone additional service training. I echo that for this rude manager. It's not okay to be rude to customers and then continue to run your mouth at them when they call you out on it. My family has frequented this restaurant several times in the past but I don't see us returning after the unprofessional behavior that was exhibited by someone in a leadership position.
