It's just so convenient. 2pm on Sunday and they aren't serving ice cream. Today, they don't have containers for banana splits. Another time, they didn't have one of their favorite flavors in the pints. Brewsters here I come.

I shouldn’t be surprised because as I was in the drive through I was looking at their score pasted on the window and wondering why it was a 100 and is now a 85.. Anyways , i won’t be back at this location and this is just to warn others to please be careful eating here. I’m truly upset at the money i wasted here.

It is difficult to make a selection from the options when you don’t know what the options are. The drive thru customer should be able to have the same shopping experience as someone ordering inside. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
