Ordered the half pound beef n cheddar sandwich and was given a regular size.
Cost a lot of money for such a small amount of food.

Took 15 minutes to get a single gyro combo today February 7th at 7:30pm. Nobody inside or in the drive through. Didn't get the large fries I paid for. Gyro was terrible as was last time. This is a message to the owner. I see you're losing business. This place is dead. This is why.

I went through the drive-through today, December 26 at 12:20. The woman working, the drive-through was practically screaming at me very impatient. I Was polite and asked for some horsey sauce with my tenders and sandwich, She complied by giving me one packet. I also asked for some buffalo sauce with my tenders, which was not put in the bag. So I went inside the store to get some sauce, and I was greeted by a young lady with multicolored hair, who could not have been more polite and helpful. It was the complete opposite customer service experience as opposed to the woman at the drive-through.
I won’t be returning to this location because I will not put up with an aggressive and impatient tone whenever I am trying to order some fast food. And upon looking at some other reviews of this store, I see this is not an uncommon occurrence. Take your money elsewhere

The classic Arby's roast beef sandwich I was served had one - I repeat, ONE - single slice of roast beef on it. I was a drive through customer so was already an inconvenient ways away before I opened my sandwich to find a lonely, sad, single piece of roast beef hanging limply out of the bun. I was too tired and hungry to go back and return it, so it is what it is, but I definitely won't be returning to this location.

Ordered through the app. Buy one get one loaded Italian . 8:15pm and dark out. All exterior lighting including the sign on the street were not on. Place looked closed when I arrived. My two sandwiches took forever and had to be brought out to my car even though restaurant was empty. My food was bagged nicely but sandwiches looked sloppily put together and poorly wrapped. Almost to the point, I didn’t want to eat them. My wife wouldn’t eat. The Arby’s restaurant on Roswell Road in Marietta is 100% better than this one. Very unhappy customer.
