  We arrived in the drive thru 30 minutes before closing. The employees were sitting in the dining area when we drove to order. They did not look pleased to see customers. We used the app prior to arrival. When we drove to the window we were informed that the soda machines were not working. A refund was issued to the card used to purchase the food. After receiving the food we drove home. Once home we saw that the sandwiches were hastily made with little meat on them. I have been to this location many times in the past 17 years. Never had I had any problems with the food, employees, etc. I will return to this location since I believe this was a one time occurrence. I'm hopeful the next visit will be better.

  I would recommend checking your order closely. They will try to give you smaller items and charge you for larger ones. The customer service is also very bad. They just tell you that you are wrong and will not even try to make it right. You are better off getting food from somewhere else.

  Considering the prices of food are out of control it always great to know you’re going to get your moneys worth at Arby’s . Very rarely will you not get your food made fresh. For the milkshake lovers try the new Apple Pie milkshake it’s a game changer and on point!!!

  People like to make jokes about Arby’s online, but the staff at this location will treat you like family. Ms. Shawn greeted me with her baby blue eyes and engaged me in a lively conversation about deep sea fishing and Chipotle. She made me the Jamocha shake with a little extra coffee… and it was to die for. If you are thinking about trying Arby’s, don’t wait, they have the meats!
