While poor customer service alone is disappointing, what I witnessed was far more troubling and unacceptable. During my visit, several employees were engaged in inappropriate and racially charged conversation while on duty. One particular comment that was made aloud was: “Johnny had 10 apples and JaMarcus stole eight—what color was JaMarcus?” This statement was clearly offensive, racially insensitive, and completely inappropriate for a workplace environment—especially one that serves the public. Hearing this made me extremely uncomfortable as a customer. Dunkin’ Donuts is a well-known brand, and I expect a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment when visiting any of your locations. Racist remarks, whether framed as jokes or comments among staff, should never be tolerated. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly through proper investigation, employee training, and corrective action. Customers should not be exposed to discriminatory language or behavior while patronizing your business. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information regarding how this issue will be handled. I also have pictures of the employees. Thank you for your time and attention.
