  Love this Dunkin! The staff is awesome! They know our order the minute they hear my husband's voice.

  Waited way too long to get a hot coffee and a iced coffee and a donut and our order was messed up. I know they're trying and they were busy with two people taking all these orders but a little bit too slow for me.

  Ordered a latte with two extra shots of espresso and was handed a drink that looked like almond milk and ice. I asked the barista if that was my drink because it honestly looked like just milk and ice. She replied with a sassy attitude saying she had already added the espresso shots. I then asked if it was possible to change the drink, and she said she couldn’t. I even asked if I could get a refund and she said she couldn’t do that either, only that she could add more espresso. She then handed me the exact same drink back. I paid $8 for what was basically milk and ice. Very disappointing experience. $8 for a drink I had to throw away. Also ordered a bagel and it tasted like it was undercooked as well.
