  I came to Dunkin this morning and Paula was so sweet. The kiosk was out so she took our orders and usually I would js order online but I’m so happy I didn’t because I got to talk to her. This Dunkin is very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. This is best avocado toast I’ve had and the workers are so nice. If you come in say hi to Paula bc she will brighten your day.

  Paula was so sweet and welcoming! The avocado toast was sooo fresh and yummy today. The atmosphere was so welcoming and amazing.

  Sweetest service ever!!! Brought my three nieces here and they got the strawberry daydreams and breakfast sandwiches that were delicious. Super fast service and yummy coffee too.

  this place need to be shut down or completely overhauled. This Dunkin is consistently one of the worst-run locations I’ve ever been to. The staff are dismissive, basic supplies are somehow always “out” (even things as simple as cold foam), and orders are constantly wrong. It’s not minor mistakes either. I’ve received completely different drinks than what I ordered, like getting a caramel coffee instead of a caramel cream coffee. That’s not a small mix-up — it’s an entirely different drink. At this point it honestly feels like the staff either don’t understand their own menu or simply don’t care about accuracy. Between the constant stock issues and repeated order mistakes, this place clearly needs serious management intervention, retraining, or a full revamp.
