  I've been a regular customer of this location, at one point even going daily before work to get myself a sweet coffee treat to get my day started. Usually my order is correct and everyone knows Dunkin' as a brand isn't the best at their drink consistency and some days are better than others, I never complained before today. Today my drink was made completely wrong and i didn't find out until I made my way to work a few miles down the road. When I returned 20 minutes later to ask if my drink could be remade and showed the receipt, the woman at the register had an attitude and was acting like I was just asking for a free drink as if they weren't the people who didn't pay attention the first time. No apology from anyone about the mistake. Not worth it for $4.

  I placed a mobile order while in the drive-thru line and was met with unnecessary frustration from the cashier. He made me repeat my name three times, then said, “You mean the order that just came in?” and told me I needed to wait two minutes after placing a mobile order before joining the line. At the window, I asked what the difference was between placing a mobile order and ordering at the speaker, and he responded by saying mobile customers “can’t wait,” even though I’ve waited many times before whether I’ve placed the order two minutes before or not. His tone was rude and dismissive, and once he realized I was offended, he tried to frame it as if he was just helping. I asked for a refund because the issue was not the policy, but the way I was spoken to. If there is a rule about timing, it should be communicated clearly and respectfully. In these times donuts and coffee are so low on the necessity totem pole you’d think they’d show the best customer service for people still patronizing. Done with this location.

  DeAngelo needs to find a new job if he can't handle the pressure of being in the weeds. He has horrible communication skills and needs to learn how to speak to customers.

  Two visits in a row had very unpleasant service. Today they did not even acknowledge me when I was inside standing at the counter. I ended up walking back out. It’s a shame because they have decent coffee and treats.
