  I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. They gave it to me burnt. They should have made another for me, instead of sending me on my way with this one.

  If you're on the mood to always have your order wrong, this is the Dunkin for you. I'm a regular (a glutton for punishment) and unless you use the mobile app, I guarantee they will mess up the simplest of orders. The front window is usually pretty rude about it, too when you point out their mistakes. I've reported them at least a couple of times through the app, when they've messed up really big orders. I wish there would be some sort of change in employees or something, I imagine that would fix things, however, it's been like this for well over a year. They just don't really care. They will make it out like you inconvenience to them, not an apology, not a word, just shoving you whatever it was that they messed up in the first place. I wish there was a more local coffee place on this corner, other than Starbucks, to just grab coffee. It's really not that difficult.

  I'm tired of paying over a dollar extra for bacon on the avocado toast when this is what it looks like... very frustrating. This is even a half a piece of bacon. Scooters food is better.

  Order ahead, be damned, no matter what you do, be prepared to wait. If I order ahead for indoor pick up, I might as well have ordered when I got there. Four cars will go by you in the drive-through before they’ve even looked at your order that you’ve made five minutes ago. Had three different workers asked me if I was picking up because none of them know what is happening.
