  when I went to this location, there were three people working in there, no one acknowledged me for about 3 minutes. when one of the two females working there finally acknowledged me she had an attitude And appeared exasperated that I was standing there waiting for someone to help me. None of the workers were wearing gloves” or hair nets . There was a gentleman ithere who had a full beard and it wasn’t covered.. I had already placed my order and was there to pick up and probably would’ve walked out and left it if I hadn’t paid for it once I saw how unkept the three workers were. After Covid, you would think that people would be more Health conscious about food preparation And taking precautions regarding safe and sanitary food Preparation. Certain staff infections on the skin don’t even cook off so not at least wearing gloves is extremely gross. when you think about them sticking their bare hands in cheese, the different meats and vegetables, then going and opening the stove or grabbing dishes, other things that other people have touched behind them or putting together boxes And at no point washing their hands before they go back and dig around in the cheese and the meat and the vegetables it’s It’s pretty troubling. Let’s talk about cross-contamination. The Pizza Red sauce was very bland and the slices were cut so haphazardly that some were sliced too thin and others were huge It was obvious to me at that point that those people working there had no pride in the positions that they held. It was more or less about just getting the job done regardless of how it was done. I will not be returning to that dominoes location anyway.

  Dear Domino’s Customer Service Team, I am writing to report a disappointing experience with the “Any 5-Topping Large, Medium Pan, or Small Gluten-Free Pizza – Carryout Only $11.99” promotion I selected in the Domino’s app. I built my pizza with exactly 5 toppings, including bacon, all within the advertised 5-topping limit. However, at checkout, the price increased to $14.49 instead of the promoted $11.99. Upon arriving at the store for carryout, I asked the manager on duty about the discrepancy. She explained that “bacon is an extra fee,” which directly contradicts the “Any 5-Topping” offer as advertised (no mention of premium toppings exclusions in the deal description I saw in the app). I accepted the pizza to avoid further delay, but upon getting home, I discovered the bacon was completely missing from the pizza despite having paid the higher amount that presumably included it. This resulted in two major issues: 1. Being overcharged by $2.50 (total paid: $14.49 instead of $11.99). 2. Not receiving one of the paid-for toppings, making the pizza incomplete and unsatisfactory. I contacted the store to address this, but they refused to provide a refund, credit, or replacement. As stated on the Domino’s Pizza website under “Our Guarantee”: “If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino’s Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money.” The combination of the overcharge, missing topping, and refusal to honor the guarantee falls short of this promise. To resolve this, I respectfully request: 1. A refund of the $2.50 overcharge. 2. Either a replacement pizza (with the correct 5 toppings, including bacon) or a full credit/refund for the order amount of $14.49 (or $15.36 if including tax—please confirm the exact total). I value Domino’s and have been a customer for years, but this experience was frustrating and inconsistent with your brand standards.

  Had order delivered..took two hrs to deliver..food was dry,no flavor,an overall bad experience..I'm a first time Dominoes pizza customer..and this is my last time too! 🤢🤮🥶

  Ordered pick up. Went to store, only to be told they had given the pizza to another customer. Sébastien gave a rude attitude about the whole mix up as if it was my fault, he reluctantly remade my order after talking rude and condescending to me. I also watched him touch phones, screens and his earpods while making food. Gross. Bless your food and pick another location.
