  We went with 5 people! We had dinner and then went to play games. The waitress was nice, but didn't even get our table number right and they went to the wrong table with our food. The food was not that good. I got Chicken Tenders and was better off stopping at Zaxbys before eating here. When we left after being there for 2 hours our plates and cups were still on the table where we sat! I would say about a dozen of the games were out of order. This was my 1st time here and the place was pretty small. I don't think we will be back.

  On april 7th,2026 @ 5:45 I attempted to visit the location in Marietta looking to unwind….the place wasnt packed however I sat at the bar for over 5 mins before I started my stopwatch to see how long it’d be before im greeted at the bar in the game room. An additional 15mins had passed before I decided to leave with out so much as a hello. These types of experiences make it how to want to support establishments let alone tip. Andrettis has never treated me this way.

  Waited 50 minutes for our drinks. Waited an hour and half for our food, got our order wrong. Spoke to manager and they kept defending the server. We ordered immediately when we sat down and have been here for almost 2 hours, have been waiting for our check for 30 mins. Told manager they did not care. We get its busy but lacks 0 customer service, urgency and care to customers. Update. Charged us $5 for fries that he forgot and came out 10 minutes late. Got our checks wrong as well. Had to get a refund for them to fix. After all of this said they were giving us a discount for everything that happened, they took $4 off our whole check.

  I had a very uncomfortable experience during my recent visit 3/23/26. My son placed our order while I was with my grandchildren, so I wasn’t aware of what was ordered. When the food came out, there was a mix up, and the kids had already started eating before we realized it. The bartender was polite and directed us to some tables in the game room area since children aren’t allowed at the bar, which we understood. However, Donna, the manager, approached our table in an aggressive and unprofessional manner, raising her voice and accusing us of knowingly taking the wrong food. Her tone was rude and disrespectful, especially in front of my grandchildren, which made the situation very uncomfortable. The bartender handled things professionally and reassured me the issue was resolved, which I appreciated. After spending over $160, I expected better customer service. I strongly encourage management to address this, as no guest should be treated this way.

  Very disappointing experience at Dave & Buster’s. This is the second time we’ve had issues where our card was charged on multiple games, but the machines didn’t even work. On top of that, we had to run around trying to find an employee for help and there was no one available. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it’s extremely frustrating, especially when you’re paying for the experience. Poor maintenance and lack of staff support completely ruin the visit. Definitely not coming back to this location again.
