  I am writing to share my experience at your restaurant, I had an extremely long wait time for both chicken and steak over 20 minutes which was very disappointing, but I also wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by KYRA during my visit. KYRA was incredibly helpful, professional, and ensured that my order was handled with care. It is rare to receive such a high level of attentive service, and it truly made my visit memorable. Please pass along my thanks to her for her hard work and great attitude!

  I went into this chipotle today, 3/29/26 at about 11am. When I walked in the only server was at the register. After she finished I watched her walk over and grab gloves and put them on without washing her hands. This is not only against Chipotle company policy but also against Georgia Health regulations and will be reported accordingly. If the front of house staff are willing to ignore company policy and health regulations so blatantly in front of customers, I can only imagine what is happening in the back of the house.

  I ordered at 10pm… they don’t close until 11. I understand wanting to start closing down. But when I got home with my food and started eating. I was met with fully uncooked rice in almost every bite. Unacceptable. They straight up just didn’t cook the rice… like?????

  I gave it a second try. 1st time a guy came from the kitchen area with a sarcastic comment when I asked if I about making an order. He didn’t even work on the line. Next, food was way too salty and portions were light. This time I walk in and the cook is going in with the salt shaker on the grill so now it makes sense. Portions again were light again and the chips were ridiculously greasy for some reason. I really like Chipotle and recently started working in this area but I won’t be coming back to this location. There are a lot of nice restaurants close by. I’ll continue to spend my $ elsewhere.

  My experience at this specific Chipotle location was so bad, it reminded me why I don't go to Chipotle. The woman working up front was so rude that it literally made my jaw dropped and I was speechless. My chicken was cold and hard and when I asked for "just a little" sour cream, she put an entire ladels worth like I swear. She put double sour cream because I asked for just a little. Then I open the app because not only was the employee so so mean, but then my food was bad and not worth $20, to see SO MANY ONE STAR REVIEWS. I should have never gone here.
