Corporate needs to fix silly rules. Probably why the stock is down 30% the past 12 months. Need to get back to what made them great

When one finally got around to asking us what we wanted, employee left walked away in the middle of trying to order, so we left. Completely ridiculous.

The young lady at the counter (Maria) went out of her way and kept chatting with the customers waiting asking about their day and chit chatting . Excellent customer service 😀
