- DBDavid W Bunch1 day ago1.0Review Title: Warning: Major Property Damage Hazard in Drive-Thru Rating: ⭐ I am writing this to warn other drivers about a significant safety and property hazard at this location. While navigating the drive-thru, a poorly placed metal sign struck my door handle, causing significant damage to my car that I am now forced to pay for out of pocket. As you can see in the attached photos, the damage to my vehicle is clear. Furthermore, I’ve included photos of the tire marks on the curb in that same area—proof that I am far from the first person to struggle with this dangerously narrow and poorly designed layout. When a drive-thru is designed in a way that makes vehicle damage a regular occurrence rather than an anomaly, it is a liability. I am extremely disappointed that a routine stop resulted in an expensive repair bill. Management: Please look at the photos. This layout needs to be addressed before more customers end up with repair bills.

Mind you it was 8:40 on a Friday and we decided to stop by this new location on our way home. I feel if customers are being told this on a regular basis this location will lose customers like us. Our neighborhood location has always been friendly and to have this experience was very disappointing.
