Dal bati churma and dum aloo special was absolutely delicious!!!!! My wife and I don’t live close by, but we will be going out of our way to come eat here again and again!

I rarely eat out and I am very picky where I eat, barely 2 or 3 places.
This is the first time I tried Chaska and Incan say that it is easily one of the best vegetarian Indian restaurants in Atlanta Metro area.
I had a buffet. The food was amazing woth a lot of options. loved the Dal makhani, Shahi paneer, Chilli paneer, Dal kachori. The food os very fresh and has a homely feel.
Thank you Chaska.

Excellent food and amazing ambience. Truly one of the best places we encountered for vegetarian food. Their kulcha chole and daal baati thali are definitely a must try!
The Afghani momos are yum and to top it off a vegan chocolate desert is sooo good.
We will definitely come back for more.

If you are looking for authentic, soul-warming Indian cuisine with a dedicated focus on plant-based dining, this spot is an absolute gem. The options are plentiful.
The standout feature is undoubtedly the homemade quality of the curries, vegan mayo, etc. You can tell the sauces are prepared from scratch; they lack that heavy, oily feel of typical takeout and instead offer complex, vibrant layers of spice. Every bite feels like a meal prepared in a family kitchen.
Beyond the food, the hospitality is exceptional. The staff is welcoming and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere.
Whether you are a long-time vegan or just someone who appreciates a deeply flavorful curry, this restaurant is a must-visit.
Keep up the great work!

We went on a weekday evening and were a little concerned on entering the dilapidated looking parking lot that was also largely deserted. But on entering the restaurant, the vibes changed completely.
The place wasn't crowded at all and we were able to spend a good 2-3 hours there. We tried the bhelpuri, Afghani momos, malai kofta, bhindi masala, and garlic naan. They were all really good. The kofta was especially great 👍🏻
We ended the meal with a nice paan, which was much larger than expected.
The owners also seemed nice and friendly, but the service itself was okay. We didn't get dal baati on the menu, but might visit again just to try it, based on the other reviews.
