  Dennis was very sweet with my five year olds! He was patient with them, helped them be excited to eat well, and even offered them a little dessert each because they had been well mannered in line. It’s a great location made better by its obviously great employees. Thanks, Dennis.

  Multiple line workers touched their faces several times while putting bowls together. Touching their noses, eyes, etc. Never changing their gloves or washing their hands. Customer service was very poor, despite us being the only ones in line. We expressed that this was our first time so we needed a little extra time to figure out what we wanted and they all just rolled their eyes. We live right down the road but will now be traveling to a further location because the standard of service and cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority at this store.

  Today I had an extremely disappointing experience at CAVA around 11:40 AM. I decided to go out for lunch and try this restaurant since it’s close to the gyms I usually go to. When I arrived, I chose a pita bread with meat. At first, everything seemed normal, but the experience started to go downhill when I was attended by an employee named Zack. His uniform was visibly dirty, and he showed very little willingness to assist. While preparing my order, he handled the ingredients carelessly, almost throwing them into the pita. When he finished, he placed the sandwich on paper that was already leaking meat juices. He seemed to notice the issue and even made a gesture as if he would replace it, but instead, he just let the liquid drip into a nearby trash can and continued using the same paper. The worst part was when he wrapped the sandwich—he pressed it with so much force that it completely fell apart inside the wrapping. Even so, I chose not to create any scene and proceeded to pay for my order. When I sat down to eat, the situation was unacceptable. The sandwich was completely destroyed, the wrapping was soaked, and my hands were entirely wet due to the excess liquid. The way it was handled made it impossible to eat. I went back to the counter just to confirm if that was truly the food prepared for me. With no appetite left and very frustrated, I ended up throwing the food away without eating it. My experience was terrible from start to finish. Zero rating for service and zero for the quality of the food delivered. I hope the restaurant reviews its hygiene standards, staff training, and overall customer care. I would also like to request a refund, as I was unable to consume the meal due to how it was prepared and handled.   On our first visit to the establishment, we had the displeasure of a terrible service, Zac served us badly, throwing the food anyway, we ordered a sandwich on pita bread, he threw the meat anyway and kneaded the food, and when we asked if this was really the type of food that served here he treated us super badly! He didn't make a point of changing or at least listening to our request, he didn't have patience in choosing the ingredients and not a shred of empathy! I'm really frustrated because I've always wanted to eat in this place! Below is a picture of how he delivered us the pita sandwich. We left $35 dollars in this place and couldn't eat this sandwich all mossed and dirty the packaging.
