- RBRita Berglund6 days ago1.0Our waiter took our order and told us it’d be about 20-30 min for the food. We sat there for almost an hour and hadn’t gotten our food yet. There were parties who ordered well after us that started getting their food. We went to cancel our order and the waiter told us they must have taken our food to another table. I don’t even know how that would happen. We just left and got food elsewhere.
- JFJonathan FerrerApr 8, 20261.0So i took my kids out to eat at this location the server was great no issues with her service but when the food came out our fries were cold and old. my son boneless wings were cold you can clearly tell that they were cooking food ahead and holding it then selling it when order came up. Also got some fried pickles that came out raw and I sent them back .it was 9 p.m on a wednesday and it wasn't busy at all and even after I sent back fries ,boneless wings,and fried pickles i never even had and Manger check in on us .i will not be returning to this location .

- MEMason EnterprisesMar 22, 20261.0The food is good and why we occasionally come back. But for some reason they can’t get out of their own way to run the place. The two servers on the floor (Karissa and Jade) were wonderful. But they have had staffing quality and quantity issues for many years. Why are they perpetually short staffed? There seems to be no real adult leadership on site… ever! Someone from corporate needs to have an intervention and hold this location accountable for management problems that NEVER GET RESOLVED. It has to reflect in sales. And what the numbers don’t tell you are the volume of people who come in and leave because they are ignored or never get seated. This location is moderately successful in spite of themselves. We love B-Dubs and the negative feedback applies only to one location.
