  I noticed that they didn't give me my receipt when I was too far to turn around and I asked for sweet and sour sauce with my nuggets and they gave me sweet chili which is disgusting and didn't tell me they don't have that kind anymore

  Jasmaine in the drive thru is very rude. She cut me off mid order and got an attitude because i was still placing my order. Asked for a receipt the first time after she gave us the wrong drinks. She rolled her eyes then slammed the window in my face. Gave us our food and said there’s everything with an attitude. I asked for a receipt once again and she gave me the wrong one so i had to ask for a 3rd time. We checked our food in the drive-thru to make sure it was correct, especially after the service and being given the wrong items. I was then shot a bird, after saying if you hate this job find a new one. I was very nice till the end. Slamming the window in our face and rolling her eyes was very rude when we were nothing but nice at first. The new cheesy cheeseburger is really good.

  i give 5 stars because the service was great and the store was clean. I wanted a frosty and it was super runny like a thin milkshake. The employee was good and friendly. My husband got the mint frosty despite the runniness he thought it was good. 😊

  I think the staff deliberately doesn't give out receipts so they cannot be held accountable when customers complain.

  I got the Baconator Fries (which I just recently found out were a thing) and they were to die for, especially adding ranch on top! The service was a little slow in the restaurant but Doordash orders were flowing in and out of that place! It was uncomfortably quiet but that isn't a major thing since the food was so good!
