She said “well you can still use the kisok.” We then get to the kiosk and ask for assistance because it was malfunctioning and that was like asking for a hamburger at chick fil a. After about 5 minutes later, another guy comes up to the counter and asks to take our order. Dear manager, welcome to McDonald’s.
