  Waited for 45min in their drive through just to be told they didn’t have food and could only get blizzards and then took another 30 minutes to make them…. Just do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

  The restaurant wasn't busy, no one standing in a line but we had wait about 10 to get someone to finally take our order for ice cream.

  I stopped by this Dairy Queen and waited at the counter for more than five minutes without anyone offering to help. I was the only customer inside waiting for service. Several employees looked directly at me and only one briefly said someone would be with me soon. No one followed through. I finally decided to leave. As I reached the door someone suddenly called out “Welcome to Dairy Queen, can I take your order?” It was too late. The service already made a clear impression. There are plenty of places that actually want customers. I will be going to those from now on.
