- KGKing GhidorahDec 26, 20251.0Listen, every other chipotle in the world is generous; why aren't you? The guy who was making my chicken burrito literally got a cup out to measure 2 ounces of chicken. A burrito from any other Chipotle is essentially two meals for someone like me, usually lunch and dinner. The burrito I got was so meticulously measured, that the fi al product was about 1/3 of the usual size. This in turn made the second half of the burrito all tortilla, nearly an inch thick with no filling mix to add anything. It was horrible. If you can't hack it and are trying to shave cents by cutting back on cheap ingredients (rice, beans, chicken,) then you shouldn't be open. Thats your sign. Judging by the other reviews here regarding service, it seems that you sold your profit margins with sorry staffing, and those that choose your location now are completed ripped off on pricing; after all, the burrito I got wasn't 1/3 of the price! Normally, I don't leave reviews, this is my first, but given how hard it is for everyone and how hard we all try to stretch our own dollar, I will be actively urging locals to Madison to completely avoid your location, it is pitiful. That being said, I won't have to work hard, as the place was empty at 12:30 PM for lunch, so you may have done the heavy lifting yourself. Laughable.

I ordered the chicken bowl and she barely gave me a full scoop. The chipotle restaurants in Athens are amazing, but I will NEVER be back here.

The sad part about this and all Chipotles that I have to is that lately they have declined in service and food quality. I've been eating at Chipotle since 2005 and have noticed a decline in this chain restaurant. A negative pattern has been established!
