Once we received the ice cream, it began dripping so fast that it made a mess everywhere and no napkins were given.

It’s my local, on-the-go coffee place — even on road trips, I’m searching for one. I have several “favorites” and rave about all the seasonal flavors, etc... Lately, I don’t know what is going on at our particular location in Madison, GA, but I have received the most horrible service. It appears this location is possibly under new ownership/management or something because employees are rude, orders are wrong, and items are missing... If higher ups read this at all, or care about how they’re stores are doing, you may need to check out what other reviewers are saying about this location because we’ll take our business elsewhere. It’s a shame, because I literally could make a Dunkin run 2-3x week and that’s easily going to fall to about 0-1x, when I’m absolutely craving it. Shame. Update: 02/2021 One morning, on my way to work, I placed a Mobile Order. As I was hopping off I-20, I pushed placed, arriving in less than two minutes to a line wrapped around the building and out to 441. Needless to say, I would’ve be 10-15 minutes late to work had I stayed and waited. Unfortunately, while placing my Mobile Order, I selected for my Free Beverage, and did not receive since I left the line. On my lunch break, I went back, through the line, asking for the favor to replace my missed out, free beverage. Thankfully, she was polite and sweet enough to provide me with the coffee I wanted earlier that day. Thank you!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
