    My experience was absolutely amazing from the customer service as I entered into the building to the young lady taking my order I did not know her name but she was very professional to the execution of the food My 10-piece nugget was fresh My chili was hot My burger was fixed to my liking no questions comments or concerns everything was done precise the restaurant was very clean very tidy I had the opportunity to speak to the manager I did not get her name but she was very professional so if you're in the area here in Macon Georgia I inquire you to come to this Wendy's and allow your experience just to be great as mine I definitely look back to coming right back here to this windows whenever I am in the area I'm a traveling evangelist and I come to making a lot to preach so this just became my go-to Thank you so much God bless

    We ordered through the app and selected Drive-Thru but it went in as a walk-in order. We had a disabled veteran with us, who had placed the order, and insisted he wanted.to get it the way he tried to order it--at the Drive-Thru window. The person on the intercom refused and told us to come inside. We drove around to the door...and found the doors were locked. Again we went to the Drive-Thru, explained that the doors were locked (which seemed to surprise the lady) and again requested to pick up the food at the window. Seems like a lot of unnecessary aggravation.

    My Frosty was runny, my fries were hard and cold. Every now and then I like to have a Frosty and a burger. The onions on the burger were terribly strong. The burger was warm but not fresh. It was giving microwaved. If I sound disappointed, I am. The runny frosty hurt the most. I was looking forward to trying the brownie batter flavor. The batter was thicker than the frosty. I’ve NEVER had a melted Frosty. Maybe the machine was broken like McDonald’s.

    Ordered chicken tenders meal and Jr burger no ketchup with med drink. I was charged for a full single burger slap full of ketchup. When I took it back I said I didn't order this and they said what do you want. Refused a refund and just handing me Jr burger.

    Burger extra pink on the inside. Ordered large fries and received overcooked fries with bonus crumbs due to grease that hasn't been changed. Wendy's won't be seeing me for awhile. Poor food quality.
