When you’re paying $9 for a basic smoothie it doesn’t feel great when you have to basically force the employees to take your order. And then the audacity to have a tip line when checking out. Will visit a different location in the future.

They spoke to each other, but not to their customers. I would give this place a five star rating if it was based off of how uncomfortable they make you feel. I’ll go somewhere else before feeling like it’s a bother I walked into your establishment.
- LHLashondia HarpDec 17, 20251.0I made an online order for a Bahama mama bowl sub the fresh pineapples for strawberries. The order showed completely different on the printout that was on the bag. I proceeded to tell one of the females that I wanted all strawberries and no pineapples. There was another female in there, a small individual who had a horrible attitude. I watched her talked about the bowl with the other female, and she had a look on her face as if she did not want to remake the order. I told the female who I first had an encounter with that if there was a problem with remaking my order that she could issue me a refund. The order was remade, but there needs to be some type of customer service training done IMMEDIATELY. The small female that works there is going to ruin that particular location.
