    The young lady was working by herself and there was a family in front of us and she apologized for the wait. We understood cause she was busy, we were not upset. We were traveling from SEGA to TN it was nice to stretch our legs. Food was good and she made it the way my son wanted it. Clean and sanitary too. I wish I had got her name.

    Came in this evening and there was only one guy working. He had a store full of people and was just knocking out orders. Very friendly and got my pockets just right. It's not fine dining but the food and service was perfect.

    Very frustrating experience at this Subway. When we arrived, an employee was sitting outside smoking and there was a strong odor. Inside, no one was at the counter and we had to call staff from the back room. The first employee who took our order seemed confused, couldn’t get anything right, and appeared unfit to handle customers, so another staff member had to step in. The store was not clean, the restroom had no paper towels, and the food quality was poor. Extremely disappointing.

    I placed an online order for pickup and all of the sandwiches were wrong when I got home. I also paid for double meat on my hubby's sub, which is an extra $4, and none of them had anywhere near double meat. I usually not picky like this, but how hard is it to read a receipt order and put it together appropriately? Newsflash, it's not.
