When we couldn’t find a way to cancel the order through the app, we called the store directly for assistance. Tamika answered the phone and very rudely stated that she was not able to cancel the order but that a manager could. I then asked to speak with a manager. When the manager got on the phone, I calmly explained the situation. Instead of handling it professionally, they responded by saying, “What’s your name so I can cancel the order because you’re getting on my nerves.” Not only were we initially told incorrect information, but the level of customer service displayed during this interaction was extremely unprofessional. I have worked in the service industry most of my life and have never once spoken to a customer in that manner. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable.
