  Service was fast and courteous but, my food was not fresh along with they gave me the wrong condiments.

  Service at this restaurant is horrible. The girl taking the order in the drive thru had an attitude from the start, talking over my husband trying to order to where he’s having to repeat 2 and 3 times and she’s rushing him through ordering. Then the sauces weren’t put in our bag so he went in to get them and instead of handing him the sauces we requested with our nuggets the lady wanted to argue and try to charge him for our sauce. McDonald’s has seriously gone down hill with their service. This company needs to do some major training to all of the employees

  Went and ordered $30 worth of food and friendly service. Got home to eat and noticed some of my food was missing. It’s sad people can’t seem to do there jobs anymore. I respect everyone’s job but damn. It would be more of a hassle to drive back and argue that I never got part of my order. I also respected the bass rd but it’s gone to crap also

  Honestly, this is probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten from. I go at least once a week, and rarely does anything negative happen. A couple of times my hash browns got left out, but I pulled back around, and they brought fresh ones to me with an apology. The employees are very polite. I was impressed with something new they’ve started doing. When you have to move up and wait for your food, they bring a tray out with a variety of condiments you may want that you didn’t get at the window. Other restaurants could take note of that.
