  I visited the place at 1450 Rocky Creek Rd in Macon, GA, and honestly, I wish I could give it a 0 because it doesn’t even deserve one star. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The staff had terrible attitudes from the moment I walked in—rude, dismissive, and acting like they didn’t even want to be there. Customer service was basically nonexistent. On top of that, they NEVER have frappes available. Every single time I’ve gone, it’s always “the machine is down” or “we’re out.” And don’t even get me started on the ice cream machine—it literally never works. It’s ridiculous at this point and clearly a pattern, not just a one-time issue. The place also felt poorly managed overall, and it honestly made me question the cleanliness and standards being kept there. Because of this, I will be contacting the health department. Something needs to change because this is unacceptable. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place is a complete disappointment.

  just moved here from ATL this Mcdonalds is the best I seen so far Here in macon they have great hospitality, very professional, and the food is fresh Keep up the good work : )
