  Shelby the manager is rude, condescending, & incompetent at her job which doesn’t take a highschool degree to do! I’ve been here all of three days in Macon GA and every day I came to Jimmy John great customer service & sub until I ran into Shelby! She is the reason I will not be coming back to spend my hard earned money. I’m sure she will not be here long and that’s when I will return. Zy is amazing, kind, well spoken, great smile & awesome customer service! Thanks for making my BLT sub Zy & Zy for manager. Unfortunately, one bad seed will spoil it for the rest of them! I can’t rate this place any higher ! Because of the nasty rude manager SHELBY‼️Please stop being desperate and putting people like Shelby in positions that do not deserve it! Get Shelby out of there ASAP!

  These guys skimp on the meat unlike any other johns I’ve been to In response to the JJ reply: Why do I not feel this way about other franchises? I have weighed your sandwiches and compared to the nutrition guide on the JJ corporate website they are under. There are other people who agree with me. I have complained to corporate several times but they don’t care. I just have to drive across town to get a good sandwich instead.

  Unfortunately this location just can’t seem to get it right. Back to back orders, all missing multiple items. I no longer wish to donate money to them, as that is essentially what is happening when I pay for a product, but don’t receive. Shame on me for giving them multiple opportunities.

  I’ve ordered from here MANY times in the past 3 years. I live a third of a mile away and my one sandwich has taken nearly an hour multiple times. Quality is alright when my order does arrive. Edit: I contacted customer service and the owner was very helpful and sent me a gift card for his location in the mail. Changed from 3 to 5 stars.
