  OK. Sit back and let's spend some time together about this place... As I did this evening in my car waiting... My son wanted Wing Stop, which BTW should be called "Wing Sloth", OK, so he goes in and orders a simple chicken sandwich, fries and a drink and BTW the drink was was consumed while waiting... Free drinks should be the norm considering that it was just shy of 35 minutes for all that... Look at the pic, nothing but a bun, 4 pickles ( the others are there), and a single chicken breast... Mind you, this is what my son ordered, no other toppings but those pickles, that already come with the order. I guess I have a few questions... Are you raising them from chicks and culling them daily in the back??? Are these chicken breasts raw when you get them? Are you ordering them from another restaurant and then packaging them in your containers? Does anyone there move faster than a herd of turtles? I saw Flash speed when it came to being on their phones though... This also happened some time ago too, but I chocked it up to a busy night with all the door dash and pickups that came and went while we sat... Same as this evening... My advice, make a lane JUST for persons ordering from the counter and getting them the service faster than those bags for the corporate to corporate sales... I was witness to the GEN Z and Gen Alpha motivation this evening and I am worried now that unless they're keyboarding or answering texts, etc., we are in trouble... So IF you must have Wing Sloth, then do yourself a favor, order from a service or call ahead, otherwise you will have to take PTO from work while you sit and wait for that basic sandwich meal... When you can get a full decent meal in 20 minutes dining in at Waffle House, where have we gone wrong? Mind you my son did eat and enjoy the meal, but he aged before my eyes with that wait... He now has grown a full 2 inches since ordering and waiting...

  I wish zero stars was an option. At this point I should learn my lesson with this place. Ordered online again today. 3 different "Dashers" show up to pick up my order. ALL 3 get tired of waiting. An hour after placing the order, "still preparing" the order, I canceled it. The previous 4 orders have been wrong or missing items. If a restaurant is that "busy" maybe they shouldn't be on Doordash or UBER Eats.

  Wasted $4 on ranch and i waited 40 minutes and on top of that the woman didn’t even notice me so when my order was done i didn’t even know bc they don’t call out ur name. And only 2 people working, i wouldn’t go here at all unless you order 30 minutes before

  We were waiting for about an hour for our food, with them calling out almost every name on the screen except ours. When I finally asked them again about my order, the girl grabbed my bag off the shelf where it had been sitting for WHO knows how long, and just handed it to me and turned back around away from me. My wife and I were already annoyed as hell, but what made it even worse is that they forgot the side we paid extra for, and the chicken was dry and crunchy in a bad way, like burnt.

  I went in expecting great food and great customer service as I came to know Wingstop for. The cashier was very rude and unwelcoming. I about walked out multiple times. She made me decide not to go back to that wingstop or wingstop at all. I won’t put her name on here but she knows who she is. I cat be first person to experience this.
