Ordered chicken tenders meal and Jr burger no ketchup with med drink. I was charged for a full single burger slap full of ketchup. When I took it back I said I didn't order this and they said what do you want. Refused a refund and just handing me Jr burger.

Burger extra pink on the inside. Ordered large fries and received overcooked fries with bonus crumbs due to grease that hasn't been changed. Wendy's won't be seeing me for awhile. Poor food quality.

Ordered breakfast for my kids for school and this is what they gave them!!! Yellow and burnt!!! The potato wedges was burnt , I guess they had a bad start , I was going to return it , But I was afraid of food retaliation.
